Katherine has a Bachelor’s of Arts from the University of Akron. She has worked in the mortgage industry and several non-profit organizations. She is passionate about helping organizations that fight human trafficking, and is dedicated to helping them achieve their goals. In her spare time, she enjoys playing piano and guitar, outdoor activities, and travel.

Megan Williams, Board Chair
Megan is a content strategy consultant and writer for healthcare enterprise tech companies. She holds an MBA, a bachelors in health administration, and is dedicated to improving communication between hospital software vendors and the critical institutions they support. Krystie Hite, Board
Krystie has been an educational professional for over 15 years, teaching 5th an 6th grade children. Her specialty is ELA, and she teaches all core subjects. She is also a successful editor, working with digital publishing, novels, PR/Marketing materials, college papers, and a doctoral dissertation. Along with teaching and editing, Krystie works with teen girls in a local pregnancy shelter.

Jessie Monteleone, Board
Jessie Monteleone, a wife and mother of two, proudly calls South Florida her home. Her commitment to the non-profit sector proudly spans two decades. After pursuing her MBA at the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland, she and her husband moved to South Florida for the sunshine and beach days.
Her long-standing admiration for the Abolitionists, particularly Harriet Beecher Stowe an Sojourner Truth, reflects her passion for the cause of anti-human trafficking. She is deeply committed to raising awareness and supporting initiatives aimed at combatting modern-day slavery while providing support and care for those affected.
In her spare time, Jessie loves traveling, leisure reading, and couch napping during football season.

Anthony Pearce, Board
Anthony is a cybersecurity professional, specializing in governance, risk management, and compliance. He currently works as a cybersecurity consultant and has worked across critical infrastructure sectors. He holds a degree from the University of Illinois-Champaign and is a degree candidate at the University of Pennsylvania. Anthony has done volunteer work at the Peace Corps in the Ukraine.

Cortney is an Executive Assistant for a mental health corporation with a background in Psychology and English. Cortney is passionate about ending human trafficking, Social Justice, Mental Health Advocacy, and Policy Reform. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, baking, ad writing.
